Configuration Page Timeout Issue (Doc ID 2914797.1)

Symptoms

Configurator session becomes invalid even when user is actively working on the form, and user is unable to re-login

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Order form, click to open Configurator.
3. After some time, the system pops up message "Your log on session is no longer valid. Would you like to log back in so you can continue working? If you do not log in, any outstanding data changes in your forms will not be saved".
4. Click Yes, it opens the Single Sign On page.
5. Sales Order form shows "Press OK when you have logged in using the other window".
6. Pressed OK. The system pops up error message again although user already signed on: "Your log on session is no longer valid. Would you like to log back in so you can continue working? If you do not log in, any outstanding data changes in your forms will not be saved".
7. User has to log out again and log back in, then they will be able to use the form again.
