Goal

During Inventory Organization setup 'Transfer to GL' was inadvertently setup as 'No' in Costing information tab under Organization Parameters for one organization.

The value now appears to be read only.

Per note ID:1541022.1 it Create Accounting - Cost Management has Not Transferred Records To GL because gl_transfer_status_code = 'NT' should be updateable
.
This is affecting transferring Journal Entries to the General Ledger for this organization

How can this be enabled?
