ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to update the interest rates to add additional rows, the system goes blank and unable to add new rows.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to update the rates and add new rows.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to Setup >> Receivables >> interest rates.
2. Query an interest rate.
3. Click on update button.
4. To add another entry, click on Add another row, the page goes blank.
