Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Performance issue when running the 'Tax Register Report Archiver' process: the process is taking a very long time to complete.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > run 'Tax Register Report Archiver' process.
3. Observe that the process is taking a very long time to complete.
