On : 12.2.4 version, Inventory Lot transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some Subinventories with Lot Number are not displayed in the Starting lots LOV in the Inventory Lot Transactions form for Transaction type is Split

Example:

For a given Item 
Enter the Lot Number in the Starting lots field
The Subinventory = A with the Lot Number is not displayed in the Starting lots LOV
The Subinventory = B with the Lot Number is displayed in the Starting lots LOV

Both subinventories A and B has same setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All Subinventories with Lot Number must be displayed in the Starting lots LOV in the Inventory Lot Transactions form for Transaction type is Split

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Shop Floor Management responsibility
2. Lot Transactions >  Inventory lot Transactions > select Transaction Type = split
3. View that Starting Lots LOV doesnot display some subinventories with the Lot Number
