Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Record stuck in MTI with error as "Negative balances not allowed"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to complete ITS (Interface Trip Stop) and progress the Order

STEPS
1) Login to Oracle Apps
2) R) Oracle Order Management -> Create Sales Order and ship the item and the Sales order line is also 'Closed',
3) R) Inventory -> Transactions -> Transaction Open Interface -> Select the Organization Id, and query for the transaction_id that the record is stuck with the above error.
