The user is getting the following error while viewing the payment in the Invoice Workbench - View Payments tab for a specific invoice:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Payables responsibility - Invoices - Entry - Invoices
2. Click on the Find Invoices button - Search for Invoice Number X - Find
3. Click on the View Payments tab
4. Go to Payables responsibility - Payments - Entry - Payments
5. Click on the Find Payments button - Search for Payment Number Y - Find
