Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.11, the package PON_FBO_PKG is invalid with error

ERROR
APPS PON_FBO_PKG PACKAGE BODY 1958 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
APPS PON_FBO_PKG PACKAGE BODY 1960 PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "OPPORTUNITY_ID": invalid identifier


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the 12.2.11 upgrade patch in the instance
2. Find that the package PON_FBO_PKG is invalid
