Symptoms

When attempting to launch Accounting Hierarchy Manager
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The application was unable to establish a connection with the TCF SocketServer running at https:XXX/OA_HTML . Please contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into general ledger
2)Launch AHM -> Setup -> Accounts -> Manager
