PO_HEADERS_ALL TABLE Is Locked While Error Occurs on Purchase Order Cancel In iSupplier Portal. (Doc ID 2916732.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
PO_HEADERS_ALL TABLE is locked while error occurs on cancelling a purchase order in iSupplier Portal. Due to that, Receiving Processor keeps running because it cannot obtail lock for PO_HEADERS_ALL.

Expected Behavior
The lock for PO_HEADERS_ALL is released by iSupplier Portal session appropriately.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders > Create Purchase Order and submit for approval.
  2. Approve a Purchase Order.
  3. Navigate to iSupplier Portal > Advanced Shipment Notice > Create Advance Shipment Notices
  4. Receiving Transaction Processor runs.
  5. Navigate to iSupplier Portal > Find Purchase Orders > Cancel Request > Cancel Entire Order > Submit.
  6. The following message is shown as ASN is already submitted for this purchase order.
    "You cannot cancel this document because open ASN exists against this document."
    Keep this window open.
  7. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Reciept and Receive ASN.
  8. Receiving Transaction Processor keep running
