R12: AP: Validate Application Accounting Definitions Program Completed In Warning (Doc ID 2916974.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Validate Application Accounting Definitions program, the following error occurs. 

The validation process has encountered an internal error.
Error: Please enable the FND: Log Enabled profile option, revalidate the application accounting definition, and review the log for more information.

Below details captured in Debug log file.

ERROR: XLA_CMP_COMPILATION_FAILED

-: XLA-95602: A sql/plsql compilation error occured when creating the package name XLA_00200_AAD_C_011117_PKG.  Please refer to the Oracle Subledger Accounting trace file for instructions.

return value (l_IsCompiled) = FALSE

AAD body  package created  = FALSE 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Goto Payables Responsibility --> Submit a new Request

2. Search for concurrent program 'Validate Application Accounting Definitions '

3. Submit the Program by passing Ledger name and Application as Parameter Values
