Symptoms

When attempting to open TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Tax Details screen,
the following error is showing in description field.

Error from default_tds_from_setup :ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables Manager  -> Invoices -> Invoices .
2. Enter Invoice of Header amount 0.
3. Enter Line details with amount 0.
4. Go to distributions and enter two lines. One with positive amount and another in negative amount of same value.
5. Save the details and go to Tools -> TDS Tax Details and enter the TDS tax category if not defaulted.
6. Validate the Invoice. Once Invoice is validated, go to Tools -> TDS Tax Details. Error can be seen in description field.
