ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Duplicate Accounting Entries are Generated after RCM Taxes(Taxes are Defined with 50% Recoverable). Customer followed the Datafix from Note 2426997.1 but the reported issue is not resolved. Because The Note 2426997.1 working for 100% Recoverable. Where as Customer has issues with 50% Recoverable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should not be any Duplicate Tax Accounting Entries Generated when 50% Recoverable RCM Taxes are used in the Transactions.
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Navigation: Oracle Financials for India -> Local Oracle Payables -> Invoice -> Enter New Invoice with 50% Recoverable RCM taxes.
2) Validate the Invoice and Run the India Period End Processor Program.
3) Validate the GL Interface, the duplicate entries are generated for RCM Taxes with 50% Recoverable.
