Order Line Stuck In Fulfilled Status and not getting Closed After Ship to Site is Merged Accidentally (Doc ID 2917855.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Transaction Fulfillment

Accidentally Merged the Ship to Locations from A to B and checked the "delete after Merge" option. So the Ship to Location on Sales Order (old) is deleted and new location didnt come on the Sales Order.

When attempting to Interface Shipped Sales Order line to AR Invoice ,
the following error occurs in Workflow.


ERROR

Workflow activity Invoice Interface has failed due to an unexpected error. Please retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor. If it fails again, then contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Customers > Account Merge
4. Provide the From Customer Name as X and To Customer Name as Y.
5. Select the Checkbox "Delete and Merge"
6. Click on Merge button at the bottom of the screen and allow the request to finish.
7. Navigate to MENUPATH > Shipping > Transactions. Perform the Ship Confirm of Selected Order and observe the Above error.
