Symptoms
In EBS the menus disappeared in form navigator after performing switch responsibility.
When EBS application is launched it shows menu and function in form navigator.After responsibility switch the menus got disappeared only the functions appeared in form navigator. Below is the exception when opening function from Form Navigator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS Application
2.Perform Switch responsibility and select different responsibility
3.Verify Menu and function in form navigator
