Symptoms

ISSUE:
-----------------------
Upon upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.X, it has been noted that certain standard objects (VIEWS and SYNONYMS) are missing from the "APPS" schema.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into SQL*PLUS
2. Connect as "APPS" User
3. Run SQL command:  

4. No Rows Returned
