ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For manually created ATO/PTO (Assemble-To-Order (ATO),Pick-To-Order (PTO)) type sales order, the component items are not reflecting in India Tax details form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For manually created ATO/PTO type sales order, the component items should reflect in India Tax details form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Order Management responsibility.
2. Enter a sales order of ATO/PTO type manually (not copied from an existing ATO/PTO type sales order).
3. Observe that for this order the component items are not shown in India Tax Details form.
