ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Year End Phase 2 patch delivered new Family Leave tax, EE and ER, for Oregon. Tax Withholding Rules are delivered so Deferred Comp categories are not considered as pre tax for State Misc2. Deferred Comp is being considered as pretax for this customer. Health Care 125 is correct
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Dependent Care and Health Care 125 to be the only pretax for State Misc2 EE and ER
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Super HRMS Manager or equivalent
2. Employee has deferred comp 457 / 401K and Health Care 125 deductions
3. All pretax is being considered before the tax is calculated for Oregon Family Leave tax
4. Only Health Care 125 should be pretax
