Names of Terminated Approver and Requestor NOT Visible in Approval Notification Action History (Doc ID 2918628.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, the name of a Terminated Approver and/or Requestor is not visible in the Notification Action History.

STEPS - SCENARIO 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "Employee Self-Service" responsibility.

2. Navigate to any function like Absence, EIT, SIT etc.

3. Enter the details and submit the transaction for approval.

4. Login as Approver and approve the transaction.

5. Now terminate the Person who submitted the transaction and end-date the FND User too.

6. Login as FYI Notification Receiver.

7. Observe that in the Action History, the Transaction Requestor's name is not visible.


STEPS - SCENARIO 2

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into application using "Employee Self Service " responsibility.

2. Navigate to any function like Absence, EIT, SIT, Personal Information etc.

3. Enter all the required details and submit for approval.

4. Make sure there are multiple approvers in serial fashion. For eg: Employee A,B and C.

5. Employee A and B approved the transaction and employee C received notification for approval.

6. Terminate Employee B and end-date the FND User.

7. Action history of the approval notification received by employee C shows that only employee A has approved and against the record of Employee B, the name is coming as blank.
