Terminated Approver Name NOT Visible in Approval Notification Action History (Doc ID 2918628.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, in an Approval notification, the name of a terminated Approver is coming as blank in the Action History.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, in Approval notification, the name of terminated Approver should show up in the Action History.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into application using "Employee Self Service " responsibility.

2. Navigate to any function like Absence, EIT, SIT, Personal Information etc.

3. Enter all the required details and submit for approval.

4. Make sure there are multiple approvers in serial fashion. For eg: Employee A,B and C.

5. Employee A and B approved the transaction and employee C received notification for approval.

6. Terminate Employee B and end-date the FND User.

7. Action history of the approval notification received by employee C shows that only employee A has approved and against the record of Employee B, the name is coming as blank.
