Rate NOT Getting Calculated for a Plan If Other Plans Have the Rates Overridden (Doc ID 2919846.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, Rates are NOT getting calculated for a Plan if other plans have rates overridden .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, Rates should get calculated for a Plan if there is NO Rate overridden Flag checked.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "US Super HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People -> Benefits Service Center.

3. Query an Employee who has rates overridden for Medical, Dental etc.

4. Process "Unrestricted LE".

5. Observe that rates are not getting calculated for other plans (apart from Medical and Dental) though rates are NOT overridden for those plans.


WHAT IS WORKING

If the rates are NOT overridden for any plan, then the rates are getting calculated correctly for all the plans.
