Symptoms

When opening parameters on the 'Spanish Modelo 340 Data Extract' report, the following error is displayed on the Submit Request form:

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This cloud happen due invalid configuration.


STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to AP Responsibility.

2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.

3. Run report 'Spanish Modelo 340 Data Extract'.

4. Add the parameters values.

5. Observe the error.
