IReceivables Customers Search Is Case Sensitive (Doc ID 2920532.1)

Symptoms

When search for a customer in iReceivables page like %Corporation, multiple results returned, practically it searches in customer name, number, organization, address that contains that value.
If the search is done by %Corporation% it only returns customer that has Corporation written like this. The check box for Search by Customer Name/Number is checked.

After, when search by %CORPORATION% it only returns customer that has CORPORATION written like this. Looks like case sensitive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility:  iReceivables 2.0 Responsibility
Navigation:      Customers Search

          1.  Check the checkbox for Search By Customer Name/Number > Enter value '%Corporation%' in the search field > 2 customers returned
          2.  Search by %CORPORATION% it only returns customer that has CORPORATION written like this.
