Global Deployment Fails with Error ID XX For The Flexfield Segment Context Value Does Not Exist In The Value Set (Doc ID 2920566.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


When attempting to transfer an employee from one Business Group to Other Business group using Global Deployment, the following error occurs:

ID XX for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager
Navigate to Function: Global Deployments

1. Click Create Proposal > Enter Source Business Group: XX Corporation and Last Name: X%.
2. Click Go
3. Select Radio Button next to employee name: PersonOne, Testing > Click Continue.
4. Page: Create Proposal: Deployment Details > Set Deployment Type to Permanent then click Next.
5. Create Proposal: Basic Assignment Details > enter Department > Click Next
6. On page 'Create Proposal: Further Assignment Details'
