When trying to create a new asset below error is received in Asset Workbench form:

"APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1422 in FDFGCD

Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT ENABLED_FLAG, SUMMARY_FLAG, NVL(TO_CHAR(START_DATE_ACTIVE, 'J'), 0),NVL(TO_CHAR(END_DATE_ACTIVE, 'J'), 0),SEGMENT3, SEGMENT4, CODE_COMBINATION_ID FROM FA_ASSET_KEYWORDS WHERE 101 = :num AND SEGMENT3 IS NULL AND SEGMENT4 IS NULL and was executed from the file &ERRFILE."

Steps to reproduce:

1. (N) Asset Responsibility > Assets > Asset Workbench

2. Quick Additions

3. Enter asset details

4. Save

5. Error received
