Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When submitting "CLE: Israeli Localization Shaam Interface File" observed that format of output is not on the latest version required by Tax Authority.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Authority added a new reporting code which should be reflected in output. There are also minor changes in file layout including new fields.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "CLE: Israeli Localization Shaam Interface File".
