Symptoms

When splitting lines for Delivery Tracking System (DTS), encountering the form error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (OKE.OKE_K_DELIVERABLES_U2) vioated in package OKE_DELIVERABLE_PVT Procedure B_insert_row.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Project Contracts responsibility
  2. Navigate to Contract Organizer
  3. Open contract in Contract Authoring Workbench
  4. Go To Deliverables Tracking System
  5. Select a Line and click Action
  6. Select Split
  7. Acknowledge Note to re-initiate planning after split.
  8. Enter quantities for the split
  9. Click Split
    Get form error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (OKE.OKE_K_DELIVERABLES_U2) vioated in package OKE_DELIVERABLE_PVT Procedure B_insert_row (1/2)
  10. Click okay
    Get form error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (OKE.OKE_K_DELIVERABLES_U2) vioated in package OKE_DELIVERABLE_PVT Procedure B_insert_row (2/2)
  11. Unable to complete the Split operation
