Symptoms
When searching Receipts using the Customer Name, the following error is shown in Find Receipts form:
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
STEPS
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
- Click on Find receipts button > Enter Customer Name
- Click on Find button
Results are returned without error when using Customer Number.
