Receipt Workbench: Error 'FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved' When Searching for Receipts Using Customer Name (Doc ID 2921694.1)

Symptoms

When searching Receipts using the Customer Name, the following error is shown in Find Receipts form:

FRM-40350:  Query caused no records to be retrieved

STEPS

Responsibility: Receivables Manager

Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

  1. Click on Find receipts button > Enter Customer Name
  2. Click on Find button

Results are returned without error when using Customer Number.
