ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View cost history search button grayed out in 12.2.10 version EBS
We have upgraded our EBS version from 12.2.7 to 12.2.10. In the view cost history in 12.2.7 version, the flashlight icon to search for item is lit and we are able to search. Now in 12.2.10 version it gets grayed out.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect flashlight to be enabled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Cost Management responsibility ->Item Costs->Standard Cost Update->View Cost History
2. Enter the item number to search. Once the form returns the flashlight gets grayed out.
