When counting existing LPN on hand in different sub inventories using forms, system moves the stock and then adjusts it with a full counted quantity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that forms LPN Cycle Count in different sub inventories adjusts the stock correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory -> Cycle Count
2. Perform cycle count and approve the adjustments
3. Items counted on forms show incorrect adjustment quantity
