Symptoms

When attempting to click on Bank and bank branches page
the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error

FND Debug log shows below:-

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.InvalidObjAccessException: JBO-25036: An invalid object operation was invoked on type View Object with name FndApplicationVO_1256;
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Navigate to Oracle Payable -> Setup ->Payment->Bank & Branches
Open the page and receive error
