Symptoms

When performed wild card search on requisition number, the following error is raised

ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_NUMBER", line 20
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility 
2. Go to Requisition Summary form 
3. Query Requisitions in Requisition summary form using %%
4. The error appears
