Master Item Form Shows Different Item Description Than Organization Item Form when Translation Globe Icon is Being Used (Doc ID 2922103.1)

In Oracle Master Items form, when user tries to update the item description of an item for language other than Login language through Globe Icon for Master Org, description is not getting updated to Child Organizations even though Item description is master controlled.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to US version > Go to Inventory Responsibility > Create new item in US Language--> Items --> Master Item form;
2. Assign it to more than 2 Child Organizations;
3. Click the Translation Globe icon in the tool bar and change the description;
4. However when checking description within Master Item Form while login with a different language version of the application (other than US), description is different than the one in Organization item form even though no other change has been made.
