Symptoms

When attempting to interface ship fulfillment,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete ship fulfillment for sales Order.
2. Check if transaction interfaced to Install Base ( IB).
3. Instance is not created in IB.
