Symptoms

 User tried to personalize a switch on Expense report entry page and when it again tries to revert the changes the personalize link is not appearing.

 STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the profile options to enable personalisation.
2. Navigate the required OAF you want to personalize.
3. click on link to personalize.
4. Modify the attribute Rendered to False at respective level.
5. Save the changes
