Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction
When attempting to create receipt with waybill number greater than 20 characters,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
'Your receipt could not be created successfully due to an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator with the following information for further assistance. "PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small" '
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement > Receipts > Receiving
2. Create Receipt and pass waybill number greater than 20 chars
3. Click on Submit
4. Error message appears on the page
