Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Price List

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A particular user is unable edit price list where as another user with same responsibility can do.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to modify price list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user: <user_name>
Select responsibility: <responsiblity_name>
2. Navigate >Advanced Pricing - Price Lists
Query Price List Name: <price_list_name>
