Missing MES Workstation Labor Transactions (Doc ID 2922442.1)

Symptoms


After performing time entry in MES Workstation, the wip_transactions table are not getting update although
the records exists in wip_resource_actual_times table. This is occurring since migrating to version 12.2.11 from
12.1.3.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The wip_transactions form should have records corresponding to wip_resource_actual_times.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: MES workstation.
2. Navigation: Home->Action->Report my tine
3. Press the apply button to update the job.
4. Reviewing the WIP_TRANSACTIONS table do not show the corresponding records.
