When an Ex-Employee Clicks Submit to Complete the Register in Ex-Employee Registration page Error ORA-20000: An unexpected error has occurred (Doc ID 2922475.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When an ex-employee enters the required data and clicks submit to register to complete ex-employee registration, the following error occurs in the Registration page:

ORA-20000: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If the error persists, please contact your System Administrator.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Access the EBS Login Page.

  2.  Click Register Here.
     
  3.  Enter Required Details (First Name, Last Name, E-Mail).

  4.  Click Submit.
