AU: Enhanced Retro Process Is Producing Incorrect Tax Deduction (Doc ID 2922495.1)

Symptoms

Enhance Retro process is producing incorrect Tax Deduction
If the reprocess date is in between quick pay and regular run , Set of employees’ enhanced retro is producing incorrect retro tax deduction element (no earnings just the retro tax deduction element)



STEPS (For Example)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to AU HRMS Super User
2. View > Submit Request > Process Payroll ( Period 24 2022 Bi-Week)
3. Run Retro and Quick Pay (Period 25 2022 Bi-Week) > With only retro elements as no elements for this period is yet created and need to pay employees with the retro payments
4. Process Regular Run Period 25 2022 Bi-Week   with Date paid is 09-Jun-2022
5. Delete the earnings element entries and create new entry without any change so that retro creates + and – entries next pay period
6. Run Enhanced Retro and process payroll for period 26 2022 Bi-Week
7. No changes made to the employee/element entries or payment.
8. Insert the retro assignment with reprocess date as 05-JUN-2022 (As regular run of Period 25 2022 Bi-Week has date paid as 09-Jun-2022 ).
9. Run Enhanced Retro
    Here retro results are not expected as there is no changes, However Retro producing positive 152.00 Tax Deduction alone
