Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Concurrent Program Request

Find that 'Create SR/SO from OM RMA Lines' concurrent request is not creating service orders and it fails with below error:

Error Msg=API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Product): The value "NNNN" for parameter p_inventory_item_id is invalid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle apps with Depot Repair Manager responsibility.
2. Run "Create SR/RepairOrder from OM RMA Lines" concurrent request.
