Work Order Items In Shopping Cart Are Displayed On Work Order Page (Doc ID 2923118.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After clicking on the Update Work Order button in EAM, the Materials list displays the contents of the shopping cart.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After clicking on the Update Work Order button in EAM, the Materials list does not display the contents of the shopping cart.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance super user
2. Open Asset Management responsibility and navigate to the Work Orders page.
3. Search for a work order (WO) that is in progress.
4. Select and open WO 1298307.
5. Under the Operations tab, select Purchase Materials from the drop-down list and click on the Go button. The iProcurement page is displayed.
6. Create a non-catalog request and add it to the shopping cart.
7. Without clicking on the View Cart and Checkout, open the Asset Management responsibility.
8. From the Asset Management page, click on the Work Orders tab, search for the WO, and open it.
9. From the work order page, note that the shopping cart item is not displayed on the Materials page.
10. Click on the Update Work Order button.
11. Click on the Materials expand icon on the Update Work Order page to view the material list. The contents of the shopping cart are listed.
