Symptoms
Problem Statement
RFQ period cannot be extended due to the following error;

Steps to Reproduce
- Login as collaboration team member of RFQ, and navigate to Sourcing Home page.
- Click RFQ link.
- Select "Extend RFQ" from Acton menu.
- Submit.
