While Trying To Create A Change Order In Product Work Bench With New Revision, Encountered The Error -'Failure 1 Revision effectivity date value can not be null' (Doc ID 2923156.1)

Encountering the below issue while trying to create a change order with new revision in the Product work bench.

Failure 1 Revision effectivity date value can not be null

Please follow the below steps to reproduce the issue

  1) Login to Oracle Applications
  2) Navigate to Development Manager -->Launch Product Workbench
  3) Search for the Assembly item that needs to be updated
  4) Click on the Assembly item and open the BOM
  5) The Existing BOM will open
  6) Create a New revision for the Assembly item
  7) Updated the quantity of few items
  8) Create New change order (Actions-->Create Change Order)
  9) Enter the change order details and click next
10) Click on Create to submit the change order
11) Encounter the above error
