Validate for BEE Process Log Shows "ERROR: No batches selected for processing, check batch status" and Data Is Not Displayed When Viewing Timecards (Doc ID 2923180.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run the Validate for BEE process,
the following error occurs in the log file of the process and the data are not displayed in the Timecard.

ERROR: No batches selected for processing, check batch status.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Global OTL Application Developer responsibility.

  2. Navigate to OTL Time Accounting > Entry/Validation/Approval > View > Requests > Submit a New Request > Validate for BEE.
     
  3. Click on View log and observe the error.
