Symptoms

On : 6.4 version, Report Conversion to BI Pub

A blank reports are generated upon running a template based reports from online(from catalog) or running through scheduler. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to xmlpserver URL.

2. Select the report from catalog.

3. Run the report.
