Symptoms
When attempting to apply <Patch 33156362>:R12.QP.C is failing with
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource QPXQPPMR.pll
au resource QPXQPMLL.pll
An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
AutoPatch could not find a response to the above prompt
in the defaults file.
The patch has FAILED,
Please check the adpatch logs for more details.
