Goal

How is COGS recognition processes for service/SAAS products in Oracle EBS?
 

For example, we sell hardware, license, support and professional services to our customers. Hardware items are costed and we stock in the inventory. License is sold as perpetual or by subscription method. For support we create service contracts based on the contract duration. Professional services are created as projects and billed from Oracle Projects to Oracle Receivables.

Can we setup the professional services items to be costed and accounting can be processed for COGS?
