Debrief Transaction Completed But Reservation Not Reversed (Doc ID 2923973.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that reservations are not released after completing the debrief for certain tasks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications and Go to Service Responsibility .Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service Requests .
2. Create Service Request  and add task.Create Debrief transaction for Task.
3. Reservation is generated for the debrief item.
4. Complete Debrief transaction, complete task and Close Service Request.
Inventory issue transaction for debrief is completed, but the Reservation quantity is not released
