Symptoms
User is unable to update the Tax registration number at the Supplier level for Chile Operating Unit.
While trying to update the Tax registration number getting the Below Error:

Please enter a valid tax registration number.

Please enter a valid tax registration number.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Payables Responsibility --> Supplier --> Entry --> Query the supplier
- Tax Details --> Tax Registration --> Default Reporting Country Name --> Chile
- Enter a value for Default Reporting Registration Number
- Click Save and Error is observed.
