The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Security Profile which restricts data based on Payroll.

2. Run "Security List Maintenance" concurrent program with the below parameters:

Generate Lists For: One Named Security Profile

Security Profile    : <Security Profile created in Step 1>

Process                 : Current and Terminated people

3. Attach this Security Profile to the Profile option value of "HR: Security Profile" at responsibility level of a Custom Responsibility.

4. Navigate to that particular Custom Responsibility

5. Go to People -> Enter and Maintain.

6. Observe that, both Active and Terminated employees are visible.

7. Observe that, after 1 day, only Active employees are accessible. Terminated Employees are not accessible.

8. Run SLM again.

9. Observe that, now both Active and Terminated employees are visible.

10. Again observe that, after 1 day, only Active employees are accessible.
